Overview

Wood Spirit Getaway is outfitted with tasteful decor and modern conveniences. This cabin, located near both the Hocking Hills and Athens, Ohio was built with guests' comfort in mind. Every detail is to provide visitors with warm wonderful memories.

Guests are offered TV/VCR, movies, stereo, telephone and a fireplace. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, range, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more including a full compliment of kitchen tools. The back deck includes a screened in hot tub, gas grill, and eating area. The Loft Bedroom features a king size bed, alarm clock, table and two chairs for intimate moments. There is also a cedar wardrobe chest with extra blankets.

The downstairs bedroom features a queen size bed.

It was a great weekend in an amazing cabin!

The cabin was so thoughtfully decorated - so fun to look at all the unique touches and included was every amenity you would ever need - the owners thought of everything. Michelle was super responsive and helpful and the cabin and hot tub was very well cleaned - you felt like you were at home.

First off, everything! It was so homey and Michelle was so kind. From the provided coffee and the ice to the extra blankets and hot tub. It was all wonderful. The style and ambience was perfect. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We loved it. P.S. it holds a special place in our hearts it will always be the place my fiancé proposed!

The cabin was incredibly clean in every respect. The furniture, appliances, and decor were all top-notch. The hot tub was amazing. Michele’s attention to detail is simply amazing.

The cabin and surrounding property were really nice and it was a short drive into Athens for restaurants and other activities. The owners were very accommodating with arrival times and even mailed us my son’s EarPods left behind. I highly recommend staying here!
