Return to Wild guided hikes are specifically designed to enrich and deepen your experience in nature by cultivating the art of forest-bathing the art of connecting with nature through our senses.

We have an innate capacity for being aware. However, for most of us, our quality of attention is like a muscle that has been long dormant. These adventures are led by Forest Therapy Guides who offer a variety of techniques and practices proven to reduce stress, elevate your mood and boost your body's immune response.
