This home comfortably sleeps 8 people with two per bed. You enter through the first floor/walk out lower level into the large hallway with built ins for storage. To the left is the third bedroom with a living area, couch, coffee table, console, mounted Smart TV and two queen beds. To the right is a full bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs is the large living room with a mounted Smart TV, electric fireplace, books, games, and seating area. The dining area seats 8 people with a high chair available upon request. The closet has a washer, dryer, and iron for guest use. The brand new kitchen has KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave drawer, dishwasher and electric range. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cooking supplies, toaster, blender, Keurig combo coffee maker, tea pot, grill utensils and more. You can message us for a full list of supplies. The grill is located outside just off the living room. The hallway leads to two identical primary suites - each has a king Thuma bed, walnut desk with a mirror and lighted tabletop mirror, nightstands, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan and attached full bathroom with a shower. All of the windows in the bedrooms have room darkening shades. The 2nd story deck overlooks a stunning view of the pond and property. You can hike around and explore the woods surrounding you during your stay. Relax on the patio with cedar adirondack chairs and a solo stove for easy fires with firewood provided. The real gem is what we call the "hot tub house". It's a separate building fully screened in with a fan, lights, hot tub and large dining table. The perfect place to hang out and enjoy the outdoors, with a little separation from nature when you need it.

We have two rental options at The Hive - The Callihan Cabin and The Grove. The Grove consists of 3 newly built cabins - the Sleeping Cabin, Hot Tub House and the Kitchen/Living Room Cabin. The Sleeping Cabin has a first floor unit consisting of a living room, coffee bar with mini fridge, Smart TV, bunk room with 3 full beds and a full bathroom. The upstairs is accessed separately from the outside and has a large bedroom with a King bed, a bedroom with a Full bed, hallway coffee bar with mini fridge and full bathroom. The Hot Tub house is a separate fully screened in space to relax and hangout. Enjoy the fresh air with protection from bugs and the sun, ceiling fan for a cool breeze, wood burning stove for warmth, games, a tent for kids, mini tabletop solo stove for smores, mounted Smart TV and additional seating. Attached is a private room for the hot tub, very serene with wooded and patio views. The third cabin is a one story unit with a large living room, sectional couch, mounted Smart TV, high end kitchen with Kitchenaid appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range) and custom dining table/island that seats 8.
