Night of Song with Nicholas Nesbitt and Friends

Tenor Nicholas Nesbitt will headline, A Night of Song, with guest appearances by Chase Stalford of Logan and Debra Rentz of Athens, and piano accompaniment by Jeff Daubenmire, Director of Music at First Presbyterian Church in Logan. Nesbitt is an Athens Ohio resident who received a Bachelor degree in voice performance from DePauw University and a Masters in voice performance from Indiana University. Nicholas began the 2013 season with Crested Butte Music Festival and has performed with many opera companies, including Central City Opera, Indianapolis Opera, Cincinnati Opera, Sarasota Opera, and the International Vocal Arts Academy in Israel. The concert will offer a variety of genres including light opera, musical theater and popular repertoire. A reception and Hocking College Art Exhibition, across the street at the Bowen House, will follow the performance.
