From the attached deck, you'll enjoy the pastoral view of a horse farm set in the rolling hills of southern Ohio. The sanctuary is 1200 sq ft with actual cathedral ceilings featuring original wooden beams. This room is complete with full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 large dining tables, an expansive leather sectional, a king size bed, and a full bath.
The lower level has 2 private bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a futon. There is also a kitchen/rec room with a ping pong table and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub for 2.
