Always A Good Experience
We've stayed at 1st Choice properties several times. It's always clean and easy. The houses we've been in are older and quirky, in some ways. That just adds to the experience. It's not a negative. Are they perfect? No, but we really enjoy staying there.

We felt rich and fancy staying in such a grand old house!
I studied old houses for years and it was so fun to stay in Franklin House and explore it and all the beautiful architectural details. The original woodwork was beautiful and even though it was just 2 of us and our dog, we loved the big house,

We had a wonderful time and loved the place.
The place was accurately described but was bigger than I was expecting which was great! There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy our stay. The yard was really nice. We will stay there again.

This home was beautiful!
I loved the house at 57 Franklin St! It was beautiful on the inside! Very well kept and very clean. The hot tub had an issue when we got there but the maintenance guy worked several hours on it just so he could get it working for us. Everything was perfect! Will definitely be back!

This home was beautiful!
I loved the house at 57 Franklin St! It was beautiful on the inside! Very well kept and very clean. The hot tub had an issue when we got there but the maintenance guy worked several hours on it just so he could get it working for us. Everything was perfect! Will definitely be back!

Always A Good Experience
