It was absolutely wonderful!
We loved how private it was and the beautiful pond.and all the grounds. The inside was also so cozy and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as everything else. We actually ended up saying in the first night just because we wanted to enjoy the cabin. We definitely plan on coming back.

The cabin is peaceful and tucked away from everything else. The lake view from the window and porch is beautiful. The dogs loved being able to run in the field behind the cabin. Clean, Cozy, and Dog-Friendly Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Butterfly Crossing! The cabin was very clean and cute, and it fit us and our two dogs perfectly. The gardens and pond were well maintained and absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect spot for a quiet getaway, and I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in Hocking Hills.

Very peaceful
It was clean and welcoming once inside. The front and back porch needed to be swept off. It has not been done in awhile. I know the leaves are starting to fall but these leaves were really dried out. The leaves make it look sort neglected and it isn't at all. Would book again for a longer stay. Oven could be cleaned too.

We love the cabin being far from the road and just out in the woods. The pond has always been a great feature to enjoy. The location is quiet and relaxing and a great place to just sit and listen to nature.

Our stay at Butterfly Crossing was peaceful, restful and restorative.
The cabin on the pond was beautiful and private. It was wonderful to stroll around the property barefoot while my husband was fishing and our dog was free running and jumping. We enjoyed the bright stars at night while sitting around the fire pit talking and laughing. Our stay was relaxing and rejuvenating. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time and the property was charming, accessible, and quiet.
The small pond, maintained lawns, and wild trails were all a real treasure. It was a great place to walk with dogs, explore the woods, and have quick access to most parts of Hocking Hills. My only complaint was with the listing itself on VRBO, which listed the site as being in Logan rather than outside McArthur - meaning I was on the opposite side...

One thing I would recommend to the facility is to add more signs to this cabin from 50. The turn off is hard to see.

My only complaint was with the listing itself on VRBO, which listed the site as being in Logan rather than outside McArthur - meaning I was on the opposite side of the park from the rest of my party who rented elsewhere. Still, worth it for the convenience, cost, and quality. Beth and Bo were wonderful hosts.
