A nice, comfortable experience
The location was nice and secluded and the atmosphere was phenomenal. Didn't deal with any insects or pests aside from the occasional fly that slipped in when opening the door. Place was clean when walking in. Overall was a lovely experience.

We enjoyed �us� time with limited interruptions. The trails are wonderful close to the cabin. It is so dark and quiet at night either sitting out in the hot tub or by the fire was perfect.

Quiet and peaceful!
Perfect for a little time alone with my husband! The cabin is surrounded by woods, no other cabins/homes in site. The loft and walk bridge is a neat cabin feature. We only did one hike and just enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and being with each other.

Overall, nice and quite cozy. The hot tub was not very clean. - The water was murky and not clear. Also, it would be a nice touch to have some small hotel-like samples of soap, shampoo, and conditioner for the bathroom. Maybe difficult to do, but a dishwasher would be a nice touch, making dishes more sanitary.

After Wedding Wind Down
This was truly a "southern comfort" for us! It was such a wonderful getaway after our wedding, giving us privacy and that remote feeling that can be so refreshing. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for! There was a nice variety of movies to watch as we cuddled in front of the fire place. We enjoyed the hot tub, perfect for our winter visit! It was cold outside, but definitely worth the warm relaxation!

Awesome stay!
The cabin was beautifully decorated and clean. It was perfect for the four of us, and plenty of room. Having laundry facility was also very convenient. It would be difficult to find anything negative to say, and definitely would come back, and most likely will! The only suggestion I could make would be to provide coffee. Great time!
We had such a great time at this cabin! It was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The fireplace and hot tub were a plus being winter time to keep warm this winter season. Girls Weekend

Pleasant and very relaxing cabin
Once again, this cabin has been one of the most relaxing getaways for a small vacation. Amazing secluded area, great location in the middle of it all, very nice and roomy hot tub, and amazing, kind staff. They are prompt with email and staying in contact. We had locked ourselves out the first night and we had a very nice gentleman at our cabin within 30 minutes. Also, it is very neat, clean, and well kept every time We arrive. We will be coming back!

Great Weekend Getaway
My husband and I had a fantastic time on our first trip to Hocking Hills! A great part of this can be attributed to having the perfect cabin to come back to after hiking and boating on Lake Logan. It was secluded, cozy and very clean. It was so nice to relax in the hot tub after hiking all day and then curl up on the couch and watch some college football at night. When the Directtv went out, the owner was able to get a tech out that day so we could watch our favorite team play on Saturday night.

We absolutely loved our stay at southern comfort cabin. I could not believe how beautiful the cabin was! The furniture was comfortable and there were many great little perks like the games, movies, etc. we loved the hot tub and front porch swing. We spent a lot of time sitting on the swing just listening to the rain. The location was great it is not far from many attractions. I would absolutely recommend this cabin and hope to be back again!

Perfect cabin -- charming and conveniently located
My daughter and I came to Hocking Hills for a quick getaway after her college exams. We could not have been happier with the cabin. Very spacious and uniquely designed with the loft and catwalk to the reading nook. Everything we needed was provided except for a hair dryer. We hiked so many trails but always made time to come back to the cabin and relax on the porch swing and in the hot tub. We've stayed at other private cabins previously in The Smokies and Ohio Pyle, but this one was our favorite.

Even though it was winter, we took advantage of the grill and cooked dinner both nights. The hot tub was perfect after a day of snowy hiking. The lack of cell phone service and WiFi was actually quite nice and forced us to disconnect for the weekend. I definitely highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

Full sized fridge and oven were perfect since we brought all our own food down for our meals, since we weren't sure how the weather would be in January for traveling to and from. Mark, the owner of the cabin, actually gave me a quick call on the night that I originally booked the cabin for our weekend getaway. I think that was a wonderful touch and excellent customer service! He was very helpful answering any questions I had, and getting in touch with him before to get all the details and information for our stay was quick and efficient! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend to anyone to stay in this cabin!!
