Built by Elbert Mercer, the home was generously donated to Appalachian Ohio Alliance by the Mercer family along with 170 acres of forestland. Sitting on the Mercer Woods Old Growth Forest Preserve in the Hocking Hills, it is one of the Appalachian Ohio Alliance's most beautiful and popular preserves. Guests to the cabin can walk out into the spectacular forest and enjoy hiking and nature on the preserve site. Proceeds from guests staying in Mercer House supports the AOA's conservation mission of protecting the land for future generations.

Dewdrop Inn sleeps 6 people comfortably with lots of fun for the kids! Kitchen is beautifully stocked. Master bedroom included. Enjoy the hot tub on the front porch facing the deer feature. At the top of the hill to a magnificent 200+acre nature preserve sits a rustic-romantic-original log cabin. Fully furnished kitchen, 1 bath, 1 queen bedroom, TV, hot tub, charcoal grill and a secluded Cave fire ring. The Sister Cabin is Bison Hollow Hideaway which has 3 bedrooms and can be booked separately.

Bison Hollow Hideaway is located by Queer Creek on the back side of 178 acres of Bison Hollow Nature Preserve with steep-walled black hand stone gorge with numberous picturesque rock outcrops and waterfalls. Incredible property/location to explore. Only 3 minutes from Ash Cave and many other attractions! . Features 3 private bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, a very small central room with TV/DVD player, seating area, and full refrigerator with half kitchen. Enjoy and relax by the fire pit outside or warm up in the hot tub underneath the stars.

Cypres Caban is ideal for the couple who want to get cozy! This tiny space is a great home base while you are exploring the Hocking Hills. Start your day with an intimate breakfast utilizing the kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and egg cooker. You are conveniently located within minutes of what makes the Hocking Hills so special! One way will take you to Old Man's Cave and many other amazing Hocking Hills trails and parks. Go just 10 minutes the opposite direction and you will either be at Lake Logan or downtown Logan to enjoy many different bars or restaurants. You are also close to many shops and antique malls! You will find many ways to adventure here in the Hocking Hills - hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, and zip lining to name a few! After you are done for the day come back to Cypres Caban and enjoy the hot tub or fire pit under the stars.
