Hot tub was broken
We love the cabin, been coming for years. Unfortunately, this trip, the hot tub jets were not working. Called the owners and had several conversations about it. The 2nd day they came and confirmed that the jets were broken. The 3rd day we were offered to send repairman out but, by then, our peaceful, private getaway was no longer peaceful nor...

Nice and quiet location, hot tub in the attached game room is wonderful, especially in the cold weather. Cute scavenger hunt you can participate in. Main room space is limited, king sized bed is a tight fit. suggest adding a grab handle in the shower. Cleaning job is a bit underwhelming, but it was a very nice place to stay, and we would stay...

First time staying at a cabin and I must say this was an amazing experience.
I loved the cleanliness and the comfortable atmosphere.Staff were super nice. Everything was 10/10. Will be staying at ash ridge again.

We declined the repair and finished out our stay with the broken hot tub, which is sad since relaxing in the hot tub is major reason we come.
