Viticulture Workshop Series - Winemaking

Hocking Hills Winery owner and resident wine guru, Blaine Davidson, gives students an overview of the wine making process. Topics will include wine making from fruit, juice and concentrate, as well as analysis and adjustments, fermentation, aging, fining/clarifying/filtering and bottling. A must-take for home wine makers. The cost of the class includes a bottle of wine from Hocking Hills Winery to take home.
