Join us at the Keller Market House as Chef Doug Weber demonstrates how to make fresh pasta at home. Learn the whole process and sample three delicious pasta dishes. we will learn how to make - and then enjoy - Italian Sausage Marinara, Shrimp Alfredo and a vegetarian Pasta Primavera. the recipes will feature many local Keller Market ingredients including Berry Family Farm sausage, farm fresh eggs and Florentine Legacy Marinara Sauce. We will see how to use both a hand cranked pasta machine as well as one that attaches to a KitchenAid. This workshop is a fundraiser for our future Keller Community Kitchen, and all proceeds will go towards necessary renovation and construction. Chef Weber will also bake a delicious Italian dessert, to be raffled off at the class. The lucky winner will get to take it home to accompany their new pasta skills.
