You will immediately feel at home in this pine log
cabin, built by John himself from logs he cut on  an antique sawmill. Nestled in the woods, this two-story loft-style log
cabin is the perfect place to "get away from it all". It looks like a little
doll house, decorated with country charm, from the baskets in the kitchen to the deer
antler bathrobe hooks. In the great room is a stone fireplace, built with hand-picked
stones from the farm and a mantle John cut himself. |
 The kitchen includes everything you will need - a microwave, full
set of dishes and pots and pans, a toaster, a small refrigerator, and a stove. Off the
kitchen is a queen-sized bed. |

Up the steep ladder/staircase are two open loft-style
bedrooms with  log-beamed
ceilings. In this cozy atmosphere, you get the feeling Laura and Mary could have slept
here. One bedroom has two double beds and the other bedroom has two single beds. |

The hosts are sure you will enjoy your stay at their farm, a smoke and alcohol-free environment. The view from the cabin is tranquility at its' best. The back porch looks onto a wooded rocky area which Nina describes as her favorite place on the farm. Watch for nature's occasional treat of squirrels, deer, wild turkeys, hummingbirds, geese, and wild rabbits. |
