Policies

• Reservations can be made by clicking into our Reservationsonline On-Line booking engine.
• Advance payment is required at the time of reservation. Visa or MasterCard are the only cards accepted.
• If reservations are cancelled within 14 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable.
• In the event of an early departure for any reason, we cannot give any refund
• If requesting a Thurs-Fri, Fri-Sat, or Sat-Sun, weekend rates apply.
• There is a two night minimum stay required on all reservations.
• Rates are based on two persons, tax not included. Must be 21 years of age to rent and stay in cabin.
• All guests must be present at time of check-in.
• No extra guests or visitors please.
• Check-In 4:00 - 6:00pm. Check-Out 11:00am
• You may arrive at the cabin anytime after 4:00pm. Upon arrival a copy of your receipt and a copy of the contract will need to be read and signed.
• We work hard to have the cabin ready for you at 4:00pm, but there are rare occasions when additional cleaning may be required, or when the hot tub may not be fully heated until later that night. There is no refund for these situations.
• Smoking is NOT allowed inside the cabin, but you are welcome to smoke outside or on the deck, (please be sure the windows and doors are closed). Ash trays are provided for your use.
• There will be a $500 fine plus any damages if there has been any smoking in the cabin. Our cabin is a log home and will retain the smell.
• Pets are not welcome, although we have pets on our property they are not permitted to enter the cabin. There will a $500.00 fine if pets are brought on to the property.
• Sleep on beds only, sofa is not for sleeping on. If ruined, sofa will be replaced at your cost. (It is NOT a futon and not cheap to replace)
• Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Please put dishes in dishwasher, tidy up, pull sheets off beds, and pick up garbage in and outside the cabin.
• Keys can be left in the cabin. Please make sure all the windows and doors are locked. If keys are lost there will be a $50.00 fine to replace the door knob with lock.
• Damages. We reserve the right to charge your card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. Cleaning fee is at a rate of $35.00 per hour. If you notice any problems upon your arrival, please let us know immediately to avoid any damages being charged to your account.
• Amenities. Occasionally appliances, hot tub, heat/air, fireplace etc. can malfunction. We service and restore these amenities as quick as possible, but will not make any rental concession for the time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other "Acts of God" that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid.
• We will not be responsible for any accidents or injury on the property to our guests for any reason. Nor for any loss of or damage to money, jewelry, vehicles or valuables of any kind while staying at Innisfree Cabin.
• We recommend that children under the age of eight should not stay at the cabin due to high deck heights.
• We are not responsible for our guests or their children in any way.
• Innisfree Cabin is located on the property on which we live, therefore we require quiet time between 10:00pm - 9:00am.
• Management and owners of Innisfree Cabin reserve the right to permit or deny any or all privileges of services and/or rental of Innisfree Cabin.
