Joel Salatin and his family operate Polyface, Inc., a family-owned, multi-generational, pasture-based, beyond organic, local-market farm and informational outreach in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. Their mission is to develop emotionally, economically, environmentally enhancing agricultural enterprises and facilitate their duplicatio throughout the world. Mr. Salatin has authored nine books, and his family's farm produces We produces Salad Bar Beef, Pigaerator Pork, Pastured Poultry eggs, Broilers, Turkeys, Forage-Based Rabbits and Forestry Products. 1-2pm.
