12-8pm. Perry County Historical and Cultural Arts Society proudly present Oktoberfest. Celebrate Somersets Pioneer Past and German Heritage. The festival will commence at the Pigfoot Square which is adjacent to the historic 1808 Jacob Miller Tavern in Somerset Ohio at the intersection of local art, food, music and history.
