Tues-Sat 12-4 pmOn permanent display The First American West Frontier and Freedom in Athens County. This hands-on exhibit examines the extraordinary journey of the early settlers to Southeast Ohio. Set in a log cabin inside the museum, the exhibit takes visitors through the process of traveling to the frontier, building a cabin, surviving in the wilderness, daily chores, and establishing a community in early 1800s Athens County.
