November 21-23, Victorian Arts Fair. This Victorian literary weekend abounds in art, music and literature, focusing on works involving Charles Dickens. Feast at an authentic -English Country Breakfast- featuring music of the era and stories by Rainy Day Writers, who will focus their tales on the scenes of Dickens Victorian Village. A -Victorian Art Exhibit- will feature local artists of all ages, while a Dickens Marathon Reading of -A Christmas Carol- will entertain those viewing the art exhibit. Visit Crossroads Library to view a Dickens film presented by Friends of the Library, or admire volunteers as they participate in a marathon reading of -A Christmas Carol- and other Dickens classics. Add four performances of -A Christmas Story-, and you have a weekend filled with the spirit of Christmas and here are more things to do while there - View Displays of 90 Dickens scenes, Enjoy a Victorian Full Tea, Watch the Guernsey County Courthouse Holiday Music and Light Show, Treat yourself to a Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride, and visit the National Museum of Cambridge Glass.
