Open House, February 19, 630 -800 pm at the Northside Branch Library, 550 Buckeye Street, Chillicothe. Come and meet local artist Pam Kellough who painted the childrens book mural in the Youth Services Department of the Northside Library and also see the Youth Services Makeover. See the new collection of family-friendly video games and the new section of graphic novels for young readers. Enjoy refreshments as well.
