Founders Day Reception February 19th from 11 am - 12 pm. 19 Women of Appalachia Exhibit Jan 4 - Apr 3. Mon-Fri 8 am -10 pm, Sat 12-5 pm. The Exhibit is part of a collection of events, January through March showcasing Appalachian Ohio's visual, literary and performing women artists from Athens, Meigs, Morgan and Hocking counties. The 2009 exhibit featured five artists. The following artists are participating Sisters in Recovery Collective- Transformation Quilt, Andrea Stern- Fiber, Betty Ranck- Photography, Bonnie Proudfoot- Glass, Danette Pratt- Fiber Clay, Paula Popovich- Jewelry, Kelly Kalfs Lawrence- Clay, Marco Jerman- Photography, Sherri James- Glass Steel, Kari Gunter-Seymour- Enhanced Photography, Lanna Galloway- Fiber, Marsha Egleston- Fiber, Tracy Duncan- Paint, Kate Christman- Paint/Mixed Media, Amanda Buchanan- Glass Fine Silver, Jessica Sotelo Brooks- Paint, Nina Bates- Paint, and Simona Aizicovici- Pressed Flowers.
