1-8pm Enjoy an afternoon of holiday activities in Downtown Lancaster. Pictures with Santa, horse-drawn carriage rides, elf scavenger hunt. Tour of Trees, children's crafts and much more. the evening concludes with carols, cookies, hot chocolate, Santa and lighting of the Downtown Tree.
