9-5pm Sat and 12-5pm Sun. Adena Mansion Gardens will re-open for a special event the first weekend in December to celebrate the winter holidays. The mansion is decorated for Christmas in 19th-century style and features a special holiday-themed tour. Elsewhere on the grounds you can find the Tenant House decorated for Christmas, animals ready for winter, crafts for children, refreshments, and even a horse carriage ride. There will be Breakfast with Santa. Come have your picture taken with Santa. He will be making an appearance at breakfast and will be available for pictures and he may even have a small gift to give each child. This event also includes a continental breakfast, ornament making, cookie decorating, and story time. Fun for the whole family. There is also a Wreath Workshop. Come decorate a wreath for the holidays. We provide the evergreen wreath as well as natural materials gathered from the grounds of Adena Mansion Gardens. You can bring personal mementos to decorate your wreath as well, if you like.
