All Caboose Train

Aug 30, 2014
11am-2pm. For the All Caboose Train we will pull, grab all of the cabooses that are privately-owned as each owner allows and operate our annual all-caboose. Usually we have about five cabooses in the train. Departing the Nelsonville Depot at 1100 a.m., the train operates to East Logan and return with photo run-by's where everyone has the opportunity to de-train and photograph the train passing by before re-boarding along the way. The train also includes a 30-minute stop at Robbins Crossing, a recreated 1850s-era Ohio pioneer village located on the campus of Hocking College. Seating is incredibly limited each caboose holds no more than ten people some are fewer than that, so be sure to reserve your seat as soon as possible. A great trip for any rail fan. Duration of ride Approximately three hours.

Cost: $25 per person
