Viticulture Series - Establishing a Vineyard

Hocking Hills Winery owner and resident wine guru, Blaine Davidson, shows you how to successfully cultivate a commercial vineyard from site selection to harvest. Topics will include location, varietal options, planting methods, vine training, pest and weed control, pruning and planning. A portion of the class will be held in the vineyard and will include hands-on planting and training techniques. The class will end with a wine tasting at the winery.
