	Paid guests only, no visitors allowed
	You must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation
	A two (2) night stay is the minimum reservation
	A three (3) night reservation is required when a Holiday falls on a Monday or Friday
	For a full week stay, please call for our discounted rates
	Check in after 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am
	Children welcome—there are steps leading to the 2nd floor bedrooms
	No smoking inside the cabin
	No pets
	One night deposit secures your reservation, with balance due at check in
	Holidays bookings are to be paid in full in advance, no refunds or re-bookings

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A one (1) night deposit secures your reservation, with balance due at check in and may be made via check, money order or cashier’s check. Deposit must be received within 10 days of the date the reservation is made. Balance to be paid in full upon check in.

Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation email or letter showing the balance due the day of check in, map and check in instructions will be sent to you.

No refunds will be given for any reason unless specifically stated in your rental agreement, including inclement weather or early departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations over 14 days in advance of reservation must pay a service charge of $50.00.

A fourteen (14) day cancellation notice must be received or your one night’s deposit will not be refunded. Absolutely no refund or rebooking within fourteen (14) days.
